Sky News is now reporting that there has been an incident at a service station? Has something happened or just bad wording?
Midlands Today (local BBC news) stated that it is believed that a suspicious white van is being investigated in the car park at Corley Services northbound, and that there are plenty of police in the area - it's the same incident (Sky News website stating that the white van is parked 50 yards from a petrol station)

Almost anything. Vehicles are not by nature very trusting.
(Unless the police meant a suspect vehicle?)
