'Tis the season of panto.
I'm at that awkward age where I'm too old to really remember panto yet don't have children of my own yet.
It occurs to me we've got some colourful characters- good enough for the Beano anyway- in the judges, and a few other worthwhile characters for good measure. A blubby one, a macho one, an eager goody two-shoes one, a game-but-useless one, a stubborn "I can do that peasy" fall-flat-on-his-face one... an official Walking Wounded(TM), a "I'm living a dream, feel the love!" one, a Strikingly Vain For No Clear Reason one, an endearingly doddery one, a suspiciously robotic one, etc... you get the idea I hope...
Can anybody halfway creative who knows one end of a pantomine horse from the other, relate any proper pantomine characters or situations with these people? Much obliged in advance! :D
