Eurosport Player sound problem.

Any one using the "Eurosport Player" getting a buzzing sound on "British Eurosport 2" (only ) using either the app or via a browser?
For the past two days I haven't been able to hear the audio on "BE2" due the loud buzzing sound. This is heard on my Samsung Smart TV Eurosport Player App ; the Eurosport Player App on my Windows Phone ; and using the player via any browser on a laptop. I have even re-installed the apps as suggested by the "help desk" and used other wi fi connections to eliminate any thing related to my ISP. This buzzing has appeared once or twice since I started my subscription in early October but never for this length of time. The responses from the Eurosport Player consumer help desk has now gone quiet.
"British Eurosport" and all VOD content plays out without any audio hitch at all. Any ideas?
