Well contraception can and often does fail. The only way to guarantee not getting a woman pregnant with 100% certainty is not to go there in the first place lol.
The only way men can take control of contraception is with condoms and then who's to say what's left on the bedroom floor afterwards can't be sneaked into the bathroom and.........well need I go on :eek::o

They act like they know these people but most of the time just know them from the carefully crafted personas they see on TV and think they know the "scoop" from a few "exclusives" in Now Magazine or Daily Mail usually set up and co-written with the PR's and all a load of made up rubbish.
Cowell is one of the weirdest, creepiest and repellant people I've ever seen on TV. He comes across as entirely fake, both emotionally and physically. He is clearly gay and his attempts to obfuscate the issue with his constant stream of glamorous girlfriends make him look silly. Now he's gone one step further and 'fathered a child'. Right.
I find it strange that although his mother is reported to be delighted by the baby news, Simon hasn't informed her of this officially yet. This makes me think either Simon might not be the actual father or Lauren's lying...still no word from Simon or Lauren so far. It's so weird & rather far-fetched, this baby sitiution.

I was actually surprised he didn't get more stick for that comment as someone in the public eye (though I do accept he is not a typical role model). I have also read previously that he said (though not heard the words from his own mouth so it could be the words of Uncle Max) that porn stars are good to sleep with as they have to have regular HIV tests so you know they are clean - but that comment also indicates to me he is not a condom fan. I think he may now be wishing he was ! When Howard Stern pressed and asked if he has left a "trail of abortions " he laughed and said there are other methods of contraception you know. I do think though if he left it to the woman, there would be a number of mini Cowell's already out there - interested to see how this one develops !

I also struggle to understand the suggestion that the husband is probably looking for a pay-off too, the guy is independently extremely wealthy, worth $350 million according to the DM. Why would he want Cowell's money? Plus he has a son, why put him and his whole family through unnecessary embarrassment?
