We are just going to the 500Gb TiVo and 60Mb BB, but we are confused as to wether its going to be 30Mb going to 60Mb or 60Mb going to 100Mb - the girl on the phone wasn't sure.

We don't mind paying the £49.95 this time, as its TiVo we are getting installed, plus we are now getting a much better package for 60p less than just multiroom.

You will be charged £49.95 for both installs and whatever the difference is between your old package and your new package on top

Then the monthly fee from the next bill onwards will be the new price for your new package

As you are getting 60MB Broadband you will not be upgraded anymore and you will not be getting 100MB Broadband unless you ask for it and be charged monthly for it,
it is currently £25.50 on top of your current bill, as you will be getting the Superhub then you will not be charged the Installation Fee

    Both installs of what?

    The difference is £6.20.

We are already on 30MB, so 60 ~Mb is fine :) We also already have the superhub and the engineer is only coming for the tivo

Both installs means the installation of the 500GB Tivo box that you are having and the Superhub Modem/Router that you will be getting for your Broadband service,
as the old Modem needs to be swapped out

As you are getting the 60MB Broadband service you will have to swap your old Modem for the Superhub, if you already have a Router you can use it with the Superhub
just connect the two using an Ethernet Cable and by changing the Settings on the Superhub to Modem Mode, details of how to do it is widely available on the Internet,
just search the different Forums or Google it

EDIT: I forgot/did not know that you have a Superhub,
also if you are upgrading to 60MB Broadband you MIGHT find that the engineer or another engineer will check your signals and/or balance
to make sure that they are okay at your premises

We already have the superhub which I did mention in the post you quoted. In fact we have 2! We used to be on 50Mb BB but we had bother with it, so dropped back to 20Mb that got updated to 30Mb.

We have had a superhub for about 18 months. So we are only getting charged £49.95 for the TiVo install.
