37mph on a motorway in a Micra sounds about right. You can guarantee that on a motorway or dual carriageway with a tailback there will ALWAYS be a Micra at the front.
Ignoring the whole law-breaking and license fee prize giving, it is quite clear that most people on this are painfully starry-eyed and naive and been totally exploited

I did that once coming onto the M60 near the Trafford Centre. The chevrons join the motorway, then there is another set that break up from the motorway for half a mile or so. The visibility was very poor and I went across on the second set without realising. I've never bricked it so much when joining a motorway even though there weren't many cars about .
