  He'll just be put in the jail. The reason they bought the jail back was because housemates were finding it easy to get themselves up for nomination if they broke a few rules. The jail scenario gives them the worse of both worlds.

  I would love it if they told him that he was up for eviction but that it was because he was one of those with the most nominations.:p
