Tracks listed on BBC iPlayer

Hi,
I was wondering why it seems it varies by what the BBC radio station is and which programme is on, as to whether the iPlayer lists what track is currently being played, or if I listen to a show via on demand after its finished, only some of them have the playlist underneath the playback screen (or whatever its called).
I wondered why that is? its not very consistent, is it?
I think documentaries and one off programs don't have track info. but some local stations don't seem to list it either, yet Radio 2 tends to list them. Is it just a case of national stations share the info and local ones don't, as it'd take up too much information/space or something? just curious.
