Traveling through London

Can someone advise as to whether train travel, which the Network Rail web site advises using the tube for part of the journey, includes the tube part in the ticket price or do you have to get a separate tube ticket for that part?

Route is Three Bridges to Stansted Airport which involves Victoria to Tottenham Hale on the tube.

You can use the train ticket on the tube in that situation. It'll work on the barriers.

Travellodges are great. Mega cheap and every room I've stayed in has been clean (and I'm used to £100 a night hotels when I am away with work).

I'm quite happy that they charge for things like WiFi and keep the price down. If you just need them as somewhere to sleep they're great.
They just need to sort our their heating controls, they have no concept of energy efficiency.

Thanks for that. I will explain it to our German friends who will be doing the travelling just after Easter.
