Watched this last night after recording it a week or so ago . Really enjoyed it. Years ago I never liked any thng by Woody Allen , but now since he has gone " European " he seems to have a style of his own .The acting , Bardem, Johannsen , and Cruz was just perfect.

    It was an ok film. Never understood why Cruz won the oscar. It was an average but forgettable performance. I think if anyone gave the better performance, it was Rebecca Hall.

    Yes, I really liked it too. It got a bit pretentious over the photographs - they really weren't that good and of course it's a rich American's idea of Spain as opposed to the reality but an enjoyable film nonetheless.
