Is there anything else I can do?

I returned a parcel to Debenhams using their free post. I was given a proof of postage which I cannot find, most unlike me I might add. Anyway I have not been refunded and they say there is nothing else they can do without the POP. I have asked at the post office and they do not keep that sort of thing.
The refund was for £119, so have I lost the right to it?

    How long ago was it that you returned it, is there any hope it might still get there?

    It took Debenhams 6 weeks to refund an order that I made ion store, they are hopeless.

    Give it until the first week of January. Returns take time and Debenhams are particularly tardy.
