Busting his score would have an impact on his average.

Your average is 501 divided by how many darts it takes you to finish it. You bust your score and that is 3 darts thrown.

Fair enough. Looks like I was wrong!

    Thanks for the reply.

. at least we didnt have the ridiculous abuse between the tables and the cheap seats that happens everywhere else.

But I have never seen any other venue where the crowd throw drinks and coins at players either, just remember Anderson Vs Lewis in Glasgow when the crowd were a disgrace and Anderson looked embarressed to be there.

Quarter final line up for the European Darts Trophy in Sindelfingen tonight -

    Mensur Suljovic v Kim Huybrechts
    Wes Newton v Justin Pipe
    MVG v John Part
    Mark Webster v Paul Nicholson

Form horse MVG needs to beat JP to overtake Bingo as number two in the OOM and move to within 400K of you know who

Glad about that as it would be nice to see the top two actually being the top two ( if that makes sense )

Makes perfect sense! Let's face it, the form MVG's been in for the last year it was only a matter of time. Wadey's found some form again which is great to see and Lewis could find himself down to 4th in no time.

Is interesting looking at a one year order of merit which you can see on various darts forums. MVG is clearly 2nd, Lewis is around 8th and Anderson is nowhere, as for both their 2 years old Worlds money drops off.

For both unless they start winning will be well down the rankings by the end of the year and I guess Anderson feasibly out of the top 32, so loses the automatic entries to the majors.

they both lost their worlds money in January from the 2 year list.

Missed darts at doubles cost Nicho badly as he misses out 6-5 to Wes in the final.

Balls! Do I have time to change my prediction? :D

Lewis has been terrible tonight. It seems like the pressure/situation hasn't done anything to get him going.

Lewis putting his darts away before it ended again, not good play.

Be surprised if he went home tonight though, will take two results to go against him.....immaterial to a degree in many ways though, as he'll just be making up the numbers prior to finals night I fancy. Not good enough for a player of his pedigree.

Spectacular darts from Thornton, really has proved his worth in the Premier League.
