In praise of Google support

My 11 month old Nexus 4 started playing up over the weekend with the screen regularly locking up and the soft keys being unresponsive. I tried a few things to troubleshoot including a factory reset but that didn't solve the problem. So, yesterday I called up Google support who immediately said they would said out a replacement and that it would arrive in 3-5 days. It actually arrived today, less that 24 hours after I had called them, with a pre-paid label to return the faulty one.

I'd call that fantastic service.

    I had the same experience with a Nexus 5, and after contacting them I had a new one the next day. Couldn't have asked for better (or quicker) service.
