If ITV does get the rights that would mean they'd have THREE talent shows.....
Talk about overkill
Well there was talk that X Factor could be rested and its contract ends after next year I believe, so they may do just that - depending how the rest of this year's ratings go
They'd probably do a better job with The Voice might even try to get Tom Jones back on it. I wonder when they'd show it.
Maybe the slot Dancing on Ice used to be on.
I doubt it will do any better on ITV - it's been on 5 years, so already has it's audience. I can't see it picking up more viewers when it moved to a commercial rival, I can, however, see it losing a few. If it is ITV, the only place it can go really is as a replacing to the X-Factor, but who knows! Lol
Worried ITV are going to ruin it by putting too many joke acts etc in front of the coaches etc. I love the way the BBC do it which is pretty much everyone is atleast a good singer
ITV make the show for the BBC, Its Cowells production co responsible for the joke acts.
Whilst it is the same production company, they are working with the values of the commissioning organisation. So whilst the concept will remain the same, the show could be entirely different

Double overkill
Apparently ITV want it for at least 3 years

If X Factor is rested and The Voice does well, could be bye bye XF.

The 2016 series will be the last on the BBC, before it moves to ITV from 2017 onwards
Next year's fifth series of The Voice UK will be its last on the BBC. Statement here:

I can already see the tacky OTT ITV production values ruining it tbh.
That's the worry, seeing the mess Five have made of BB since BB moved there especially the regular series
It'll be produced by the same company, who ITV already own.

The only thing that would get me to watch it on ITV is if they got Tom Jones back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't ITV its natural home?
It already has the manipulative, tacky, sob stories.
