Browser not opening on BB Bold 9780

Hopefully someone can help.
Yesterday my browser on my BB stopped working. When I click on the browser icon nothing happens. No error message or anything. Just... nothing! Same goes for the YouTube and Google icons I have. My BBM, FB app and emails are all still working though.
EDIT: Before anyone suggests it, I've tried turning it off and on again
