Does anyone know of a good HTML text editor (Notepad++ is good enough for me for the HTML/PHP edition) that has a good FTP (or rather SCP) component. i.e. works just like "Ctrl+Shift+U" in Dreamweaver?
CoffeeCup is the nearest I have found but it's irritating having to click the file in the tree and keeping Dreamweaver MX running just for that one thing is overkill (especially here on Vista where I have to allow a UAC dialogue every time it runs)!

In Dreamweaver MX uploading a file was just as simple as saving it "ctrl+shift+U" then enter to save. In the other tools it's a constant jump between multiple bits of software.
Allway synch and using Git (can anyone take a piece of software with such a stupid name seriously, ditto the GIMP?) both appear to have the same problem - and presumably expect you to develop and test locally.
