My Sister has one of the Dell 27" all in ones with a touch screen and she uses the mouse 95% of the time. This causes her no problems using W8.
She works from home and travel abroad a lot with her work. She has a W8 phone and Tablet that she takes with her on her travels and has ordered a Surface Pro. Because she has integrated everything into W8 she finds that it all just works for her.
I've not gone that far, yet, but, when replacing my iPad I'll definitely go W8 tablet and maybe change the phone as well.......I guess it's not for everyone, but for now it's a plan....:)
