Yes, this was tragic. Big Country were brilliant.

    Brandon Lee and Heath Ledger.

Then somehow we could have got the Crow vs Joker movie that would have been the height of awesomeness.

Keith Moon, the world is a quieter place without him
Jeff Healey and Stevie Ray Vaughan - two great guitarists who went way too soon
Stanley Kubrick - could have made at least one more movie
Dermot Morgan-we really need more Father Ted

Yes, very sad that he died quite young. I think of it when I watch Father Ted.

Jimmy Savile so he can face the public and justice system, then he could die all over again knowing we all know what a low life he really is
And Freddie Mercury because of the talent lost :(

Rod Hull. He and Emu would be undergoing some sort of revival, by now, and have appeared on something like Extras, by Ricky Gervais-and perhaps would be back on Parkinson, too...

Amy Winehouse. No offense to any other successful British singers....but no-one comes close the the talent she had. I was listening to 'What is it about men?' the other night and I just felt really sad that there'll never be any new material from her :(

Although I was not a fan, Princess Di and Paula Yates. It just seemed so heartbreaking for children to lose their mothers. I wonder who Di would be married to now...or Paula for that matter.

Oh yes, Dermot died way too soon. I was very sad when the author James Herriot passed away...I would love to have met him.
    Eric Morecombe is another

But only for her children's benefit though because she would have loved Kate and especially being a grandmother and seeing Harry become the great fellow he's grown to be. I don't care what anyone says, I think she and Charles were fine with each other when she died. I think the press would have eventually given her more space as she got on with her own life and the constant pestering would have worn off, not all of it, but I don't think she'd have been pestered as much in her 50's as she was when younger. I like to think she'd not have gone down the botox route too like Mrs Yorkie

I wouldn't call him a celeb as such - I'm sure he would hate it - but I still really miss John Peel. :(

The entertainment world is a lot duller without them. Gone but never forgotten - and still missed by me everyday.
