I love how even though we're still really early on in the tournament, both stadium courts and all of the outside courts are full. Can't see a spare seat... Puts Roland Garros and all their empty seats to shame.

Does it seem to be quite late to be starting all these matches? Doubles all afternoon and big singles as evening approaches. I seem to remember doubles were kept to the evening slots.
Just shows you though, barely a peep out of Pironkova yet she's hitting the ball harder than Shreiker who sounds like she's been kicked in the stomach every shot she plays
Can anyone tell me how much of the tennis will be shown on TV during the Olympics? Will we have red button? I have only freeserve and at the mo only a choice of 2 games at Wimbledon.

Schedules aren't out yet, but I'm pretty sure the BBC are televising every round of every event. If it's not available on the Red Button, I'd assume it'll be available online.

The US Open is significantly worse!
You know, I've been trying to think who he reminds me of, and I think that's it. A bit like Jamie Ward though, can't believe he's older than Murray
Yummy!
Is it still the case that there are no ground passes at Flushing Meadow: everyone on the smaller courts is an empty seat on the main arena?
No complaints here!
I wanted to watch the football, but don't want to switch off this match...
Wouldn't want it to get in the way.
Not quite that bad though she lost to someone ranked 344 just before Wimbledon.
Heather Watson was her name.
