She's so pointless that I always forget to mention her when talking about pointless characters. In fact, if the BBC ever gave her a character page, they should just use the word "pointless" as that will tell us everything we need to know about her.

All of the others mentioned here at least contributed in the past, or still do depending on who you ask, and their creation, their introduction, made sense. With Shenice, I struggle to find a reason why she was created, where the story motivation was, where they plan to go. Are we sure she's not an apparition?
