Technika 19" LCD DVD Combo

Technika 19" LCD DVD Combo, HD ready and Freeview - has anyone bought one from that supermarket yet?
I'm sorely tempted but can't find any reviews.

Yes, if its the 19" with freevie wand dvd built in ... I've bought one and my advice is don't buy one!

In my case the digital picture is out of sync with sound most of the time (my old tv was fine).

    The picture quality is terrible

It cuts the edges of the tv picture and i've tried to find any settings that might fix it but i can't...maybe i'm missing something but i don't think so.

Thanks. I'll give it a miss and go for a Cyberdyne. No DVD but that's not an issue:)
I'm told they are made by one of the big manufacturers so it should be OK (and it's cheaper).

    Every little helps! ;);)
