In my boredom, I've devised a teams game. Basically, everyone (in all of the auditions) gets to choose twelve people to turn around to.
Rules
There can be no changes, take-backs or swaps to your team. Once it's full, it's full - even if that's by episode three.
You must decide before the next episode who you want from the previous episode on your team.
The contestant must have been picked by one of the coaches (don't pick someone already eliminated!)
Once the show reaches the battles, you also receive a "steal". You can choose another artist (someone successful in the battle rounds) you didn't choose in the auditions, meaning that (if all your team contestants get through, you'll have a maximum of thirteen.
In the later stages, if all your team are eliminated, then game over. See how well your team did.
You get points for:
Eliminated at battles - 1 point
Eliminated at knockouts - 2 points
Eliminated in lives - 3 points
Semi-finals - 4 points
Fourth place - 7 points
Runner-up - 8 points
Winner - 10 points
This means that the lowest total of points you can achieve is 14. All your original contestants eliminated in battles and your steal eliminated in knockouts.
The maximum is therefore 51 points. You get the winner, both runners up, fourth place, all four semi finalists and all four contestants eliminate at the live shows.

Lucy O'Byrne - for her incredible opera voice, I want to see what she'll do next.
Hannah Symons - I wasnt sure whether to pick Hannah, though she has a strong voice, and once she calms her nerves, she'll be excellent.
Maybe I should've picked Stevie, though I had already picked two and didn't want to lose too many spaces in episode one. If the opportunity arises, I may pick him in the Battle rounds as my steal.
Anyone else's teams so far?

I think everyone would've taken Matt to be honest.
And there's no need to worry about that, episode one always has some of the best.
Although it is tempting to also take Ryan Greene, but I'll instead hold off and see what the other episodes have in store.
If by the end of the auditions your team is not full (let's say you only have nine or ten people) you can't pick anyone else - you have to continue just with the artists you have.

Clarifications
You can pick as many as you want from an episode, though at the overall end of the auditions, the maximum number you can have is twelve. You can pick five from one episode and none from another!
The maximum is actually 63 points - you get points for all your contestants, including your battle round steal.

Jake Shakeshaft - wasn't sure whether to turn. He sounded quite good, so decided to take a risk,
Shellyann - she was excellent. I'm surprised only Ricky turned for her.
Clark - I didn't want to fill up my team too quickly, but he was fantastic.

I just didn't want someone turning up at the end of the auditions going "Okay, after viewing all the auditions my picks are...", because that kind of defeats the purpose of it if you get what I mean.
