I think this is all of them but may have left some out?
Series 4: Hope, Futureproof
Series 6: Miss Frank
Series 7: One Direction
Series 8: Little Mix, The Risk
Series 9: Union J
Series 10: Miss Dynamix
Mine has got to be Miss Frank. I loved their audition and really wanted them to go much further in the competition. One Direction were a good fit, as were Little Mix. My worst would probably be Hope or Futureproof as they just seemed bland.

But I used to stan for Hope and to a lower extent, Miss Frank when they were on the show. I'm also thankful that One Direction are a thing because otherwise I probably wouldn't know who Zayn Malik is.
I did really like Miss Frank in their short time on the show

Miss Frank were great and incredibly underrated. And I liked Union J and still do.
My favourite is Little Mix though, best group in X Factor history. Their second album is fantastic.
Miss Frank had quite a bit of vocal talent, and 1D had impressive charisma and were not without vocal talent; they haven't gotten where they are entirely by accident.
Jesy & Perrie bring the vocal.
Jade brings the quirkyness & the cuteness.
Leigh-Anne can rap and bring the energy.
I just love them overall !!!
