I've been up there, it feels like it moves quite a bit in the Wind at the top !!

When buffeted by strong gusts.

But... the scariest part, is going UP in the open sided lift !

Interesting, pity about the presenter's voice. What is it with the disproportionate amount of Scottish presenters, especially on the BBC?
