I was going to get Series 1 for Christmas, but having watched the first 15 minutes of this I've realised i'm just going to have to get it tomorrow I forgot how funny it is. Brilliant!
"Hazel Keelan" wasted their time in telling us it was cancelled, earlier saying this programme was crap, if you looked, I didn't see the point in the second post they made.
Anyway, nice starting episode, will be interesting to see where it goes, I did like Giles though

Hopefully we'll still see him - I liked his friendship with JP.

He/she specialises in these misanthropic wind-up posts. Ignore he/she.

Good to have it back. Hopefully it’ll win some more awards and continue to annoy it’s detractors.
A great start to the second series. Hit the ground running, with JP escorting Giles round a supermarket while instructing him on Northern dialogue and telling him that the Northerner is ‘trustful and loyal like a gundog'.
Oregon remains the weakest character for me, but I guess someone has to play a straighter role. Howard is probably the most under rated, I love his deadpan delivery.
Josie does seem to have put on a bit of weight, her character appears to have gone through the biggest change as well.
I had some doubts about a second series, but it looks like they've pulled it off.
I think that generally the students are total crap and a waste of taxpayers money etc. but I watch it because it's cringeingly funny. I particularly liked the way Vod conned some money out of Oregon, presumably to pay for her drug supply. Oregon as you might remember previously saved Vod from being sent down. Such is the way of drug addicts.
I really like Fresh Meat, despite being way outside its target audience. This programmes that it is perfectly possible to make comedy programmes for and about young people and their lives that can also appeal to old farts like me. The Inbetweeners was a similar success.
If a comedy is actually funny it can appeal to all ages.

Nope.
Debuted with 0.88 million
From Dancc in the ratings thread
Episode 1- 1.7m (inc. +1)
I imagine it'll get pretty good 4OD figures. The demographic isn't really the sit and watch appointment TV group
