McFly are sooooo annoying....then again I don't have any interest in boybands at all and only took a shine to Harry for his dancing (The fact that he is easy on the eye helped I suppose...) and for the fact that I loved Aliona from last year.
Speaking of last year, I was very sad the way M&A just got shunted off to the side so I can understand the way Chelsee & Pasha fans feel about that.
Completely agree. I'm not going to talk about Mcfly on here, just want to appreciate how fantastic Harry and Aliona have been this year - a joy to watch .

It's been a pleasure reading everybody's posts as well (especially from the gracious Chelsee fans) and to get a sense of how excited people are up and down the country!
I didn't vote tonight since I was split between Harry and Chelsee, but I'm really pleased for Harry & Aliona that they won and they make most worthy winners.
I'm particularly pleased for Aliona considering she came 2nd last year and that she's not always been appreciated as much as she might have been. She devised some great routines for Harry and their Quickstep, AT, VW and American Smooth in particular were all fantastic.
So congratulations to Harry, Aliona and everyone on here who supported them through the series.

Agree with all of this. I also loved the draaaaaama of the tango but I understand the lack of time in hold was an issue.
You can watch the winning moment again, and I have to say seeing it again I did laugh at the McFly boys rushing to Harry then Aliona to hug her. The win looks even better second, third and fouth time again!

Well I had to decide on whether to be neutral or choose between Harry and Chelsee, but because I am a fan of Aliona, that swung my decision, but it was hard to watch Chelsee when she looked upset at times during the final.
So I really appreciate the Chelsee fans who have come on here and been gracious about Harry winning.
Both Chelsee and Harry did all they could - it was just at the whim of the public who did win.

just got back from sunny Stroud where I saw the whole thing in 3D:D and sent my votes in from the cold standing in the street
BUT IT WAS WORTH IT.:eek::D:D
I was so nervous the whole night, am just rewatching the show again now.
Harry and Aliona were brilliant, I loved their showdance, and their QS coverned the whole floor, which is really big in 3D:D
I felt sorry for Jason, as for me on the night he danced better than Chelsee, although I think Chelsee was better during the series. tight call for second place.
Well done all 3 finalists, it was a great show.

Aliona and Harry were absolutely amazing tonight and are worthy winners
Their AS made me cry - again - I loved their daring showdance, the QS was spectacular and worked even better on the bigger floor and their AT was mesmorising
Chelsee was fabulous too and I adore her and Pasha together and would have been happy if she had won too
It was a very exciting final and I honestly didnt know who would lift the glitterball between Harry, Jason and Chelsee

Totally agree about the bad mouthing of the Mcfly boys storming the dance floor. What is peoples problem, they were just so excited for Harry after doing so well. What lovely lads, supporting each other and showing no jealousy. So over the moon for the boys. Double Whammy for both Dougie and Harry and the best dancers won this year. They were totally amazing! So glad that I voted!

The MF is like this every year after the final. People have yet to feel the Christmas spirit!
