Issue with hotmail-now-oulook email not recieving bcc

I've only just discovered I am not receiving most emails where I am bcc'd. I have looked into my Hotmail/Outlook settings but cannot find anything to help. These emails are not even turning up in my junk mail folder. I am missing info on training courses etc.
Please can anyone advise? Thanks in advance
