Pay as you go top up not working (EE)

I have the Sony Experia Miro on pay as you go with EE (Orange) For the 3rd time now I have tried to top up with no luck. I have tried yesterday and today. I've manage to type in my card details with no problem. It then says they will send me a message to confirm the amount I asked for. I don't get a message nor has it topped up. I'm trying to send an important text but can't.
Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone know what to do? I suppose I will have to ring EE tomorrow but Its just so annoying. I have topped up this phone many times before with no problems. I know for sure the money is in my account. I just don't get it.
I have just asked for a balance which say's I have 3p remaining. :mad:
