Advice needed re accessories etc

Hi all :)

I am going to a wedding in September and have bought this dress.

However, looking for some advice please.

What colour shoes would you wear?

Also I need to wear a shrug with it, what colour do you think?

    Hiya,

    Lovely dress by the way.

    I think Black or Pink Shoes would look nice with this dress. A Pink Shrug (similar colour to the pink in the dress) would go with the dress or maybe a Black one.

    Personally I'd say black accessories.
    Its a stunning dress, so you want the focus to be on that.

    I would say black accessories - the dress is quite busy (and very nice), so you want the focus on it, you don't want to overdo it. Or silver/gold if you'd prefer.

    Keep it minimal, though, I'd say.

    Thank you all for your thoughts. I was thinking black myself with perhaps silver jewellery. I have a black fascinator for my hair so I think black will work well :D

    nude/taupe colored shoes to lengthen the legs
    a nice big cocktail ring
    black fitted blazer

    Crackin dress Linz, you'll look lush ;):)

    Deffo agree on going with the black accessories... nice black peep-toe heels or sandals and a black clutch bag. I would go for some pink and black jewellery though to match up with the pink in your dress... maybe pink earrings, and a couple of pink and black chunky bangles :cool:

    I concur with Shammy.... especially on the black peep toes... Could you maybe get some pink feathers or whatever to add to your black fascinator to add some pink in that way so that its understated, but still all gels nicely?

    Just a thought...

    Love the dress btw!

    Hiya I tried it on very quickly last night - and it fits! Hurrah...... In another post on here I wasn't sure what size to get either, so stuck with my usual size instead of bigger one and double hurrah:cool::D
