Not only has Steve been to prison his dad is there at the moment, yes he is. Half the street's been there actually for one reason or another, Michael should fit in well.

And some have been to prison in real life as well ;-)

<watching tonight's> so Aliya needs a holiday job, so Gail has to step aside and be the cleaner?

Are employers allowed to do that now? :D

That was extremely convenient for Michael that a vacancy just happened to be open on the day he and Gail went to Streetcars......who'd have thought!
And Kylie and David just happened to be walking past [no sign of baby Lily] as Gail and Michael came out of Streetcars!

Dunno. Did Gail have contract of employment? And what about Aliya and Katie? Were they considered for the cleaning job?

Seems daft really as Gail and Katie have only just started the receptionist jobs. How weird that a cleaning job suddenly became available. ;-)

Although not put in prison, Eileen had stolen from Owen, £20,000 pounds I believe. She got a warning and a criminal record, yet sits there all smug.

She'll need a jumbo bottle of 'Cillit Bang Super Sweat Remover' as well.

How silly this S/L is just to shoehorn Kal's daughter into the show. :(

And we all know shes going to be crap at it even if she has been to university. Katy will end up taking the blame for all her mistakes and Aly or what ever her name is will let her :D

No references needed, no interview. Nothing. Just can I have a job even though I have been in prison. Ok start tomorrow! What about a P45 from the gardening centre job?

And what is the purpose of Michael's ankle bracelet - I thought they were to restrict movement, but Michael seems to be able to go wherever he likes.

I think it restricts the times he can be out, not where he can go. Didn't he say something about not been able to dance all night.

Todd - argh! Not an SOR but a "suspension of believability" as a character

What is his purpose? He's taken over from Tracey as the pantomime villain now. Not once but twice last night he did his party piece of looking all "genuine" and concerned whilst talking to someone (usually Marcus) only to wait for this person to walk away to replace the facial expression with an evil smug grin...... >:(

'Tis the way of Corrie. Make it obvious.- Todd is not genuine. He's behind you! And he's doing his Pantomime villain smirk! Mwahahaha!

Who's this walking down the street? It's David and Kylie. Do you think they will catch Gail and Michael when they turn the corner?

Leanne and Kal are going out. Do you think Steph will ring and ask Leanne to go to work? Do you think Leanne be cross with Nick?

Steve tells Michelle he wants to start a limo business. Michelle has found him a limo. That was quick. Isn't she a clever girl?

And got the first customers, Tracey and Rob, who happen to live on the Street!

Michelle is clearly the brains behind all of Steve's businesses and her finding the limo and coming up with the idea of Tracy and Rob proves it. I mean it's not like the PTB at Corrie are trying to prove a point and have read criticisms like Steve runs two successful businesses and what the **** does Michelle do, is it? No, no Michelle Conner knows about business and has connections. Her latest suggestions just prove it.

That's what I thought as well , as if you would get a week's All Inclusive at the height of the season for £220 , including a single room supplement, as I guess they won't be sharing a room, don't the writer's ever check these things?

She may be silly but she's certainly not a 'bitch'. Not a pleasant thing to call anyone.

I'm sure they're responding to criticisms like ours on here. There's been a definite change in her attitude to Steve lately - with no explanation.

What about Maria in the Rovers? Who just so happens to walk in when she is grovelling to Fiz, Todd and Marcus of course.

While they are at it with Todd, why not just put in some sound effects of people booing when he walks on-screen? He is such a ridiculous character, so laughable, are we meant to take him seriously? He belongs in a children's cartoon, not a drama.

Agree cedric. That relationship is a weeping SOR. While we're waiting for the great reveal of Todd's 'I sponge off Marcus' game plan, Marcus is embroiled in endless mini-plots that all end in him letting Mariuh down, letting Leeyum down, and probably letting Ozzy down if they could remember where they'd put him.

Last night's was a typical set-up. "I must have forgotten to set the alarm clock," says the pouting princeling, with a puzzled look. Cue mildly exasperated 'boys will be boys' response from Marcus, who with his famously forgiving personality is getting the shitty end of all these sls and made to look a right plonker, while Todd twirls his downy moustache to nobody in particular.

    Make it end, CS. Soon.
