What time does Sky customer services close?

I need to order a phone line with sky talk today and was just wondering what time does the customer service close?

General customer service is 24hours but most specialist departments, including sales, close in the region of 9/10/11pm

ye i meant the sky talk department not customer services, and it closes at 11pm
