Slagging her off and calling her names isn't slanderous, whereas alleging things as 'fact' when they're patently untrue would be.

I can actually understand that (not the banning necessarily, but being told not to name the person)
I have no idea who it is supposed to be but whoever it is I feel truly sorry for them.
Should it be the other way round? Should it be Katie I feel sorry for? Yes, of course it should if the rape story is true.
However, as time goes by, that seems less and less likely.
