Fog watch!

Watching the weather report earlier they showed an image of the UK blanketed in fog. Now, I dislike autumn/winter, but I love fog so thick that it's like living in tupperware. When I was much younger there used to be days of fog (not smog) but now you barely see it at all- along with truly frosty days where everything is white and crispy instead of damp and murky.

It's not foggy here, yet, so it looks like another no show. How about you :o

Give it chance it may likely appear as it gets towards dawn.

No fog for me either at the moment.

The conditions are right though the high air pressure will make it very likely to happen.

It is happening though according to the reports here.

Quite foggy here in Lancashire at 5.30. I've got my window open so I can watch it whilst I'm having a cup of tea.

..and it's friday the 13th as well today.

It's always foggy here at this time of the morning. I live right by the thames, and the mist that rises from that, combined with the normal fog is always a nice sight. I also like foggy mornings as it always turns out to be a lovely day when its chilly and foggy in the morning

Very foggy here on the West Yorks/East Lancs border - freezing cold fog too, it's proper autumnal out there

I don't mind driving in fog, I quite like it, it takes a bit more concentration than regular driving, so makes even the mundain drive to work interesting.

I simply can't believe the number of people that don't adjust their driving to suit the conditions. I had one this morning, driving right up my rear end and visibility was down to about 50 yards, stupid.

Best fog so far this season here at the minute, only about 100m of visibility.
