I'm disgusted with the nasty, mean, spiteful comments on here, sneering about people who give up their time for charity.
I thought the Greasebenders sketch was fantastic.
I won't like everything in such a long evening of entertainment, but I ' m enjoying the variety of it all.

Children in Need has operated successfully for many years by guaranteeing the money goes to children's charities in the UK. You suggested that they change their whole policy which would probably need changes of their charities registration etc. I just pointed out that it was just as crazy to suggest that RBL should give to other unrelated deserving causes.
Children in Need work by giving to many charities, often small local ones where quite small sums can be crucial. So they are already supporting other charities but all UK ones associated with children.
Other broadcasters can run their own charity appeals with a broader range of charities if they wish.
Well put.
CIN isn't just one charity, it's one night to raise money for literally hundreds, if not thousands of individual children charities, clubs, support groups. It's brilliant. I know it's cheesey, but I love it. I do think though, it's time Terry retired.

That choir was nothing to do with Gareth Malone. If that's what you meant.

Still those brushes could help clean up the turd that is the rest of the show
It's a closely guarded secret that the camera with the little red light on is the one you talk to.
Yeah even the nastiness isn't up to its usual standard.
