Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I was wondering:
Trent came on at relatively short notice when Robin got injured. Now, nobody in the world will be able to convince me that they had planned to put Robin with Pixie. So what do we think was the original plan?
- have Pixie with Tristan and Robin with Jennifer ? I think the Oirish Connection was always going to happen...
- have Pixie with Aljaz and Robin with Alison ? Would be a bit too much like the Lisa Riley year, plus I wouldn't think they would give Aljaz another potential winner this year.
So the only other version I can think of would be Robin and Sunetra, and Pixie with Brendan. I think Sunetra has had a lucky escape, in that case.
What does everyone else think ?

same as last year when Aliona replaced Nat and got Tony Jacklin, no way Natalie would have got him, she is way too tall.
Also when Aliona got Matt Baker as last minute replacement for Richard Madeley.
Cannot see Aliona would have got RM as she was due a contender.
