Surely they were both pushed.
Its obviously not nice to lose a job (even if you have other gigs) hence why no one really groused when particularly Jamie phrased things in an ambiguous enough way in his tweets on the subject but it seems obvious it wasn't his decision.

Unforunately I don't have anymore than I've said, normally we get rough schedules friday, final exchanges on wednesday so if it launches on May 24th we will find out by tomorrow
