Sky box on standby now displays dull green light instead of red

When putting my sky box into standby mode, I've noticed the light on the front of the box now goes a dull green instead of dull red. Is this a recent change or does it indicate something else?

    Mine is a dull orange color.

    It indicates the red LED has failed.

    The power light is a two colour (red/geen)unit with the orange achieved by lighting the red and green at the same time. If you put the box into standby I'll wager the light either goes out entirely or is very dim.

    Normal standy where it will still record is orange. Deep standby where it will not record is red.

    Mine is more like white as opposed to orange...

    Weird thing I've noticed is that it only does this late at night. If I put it into standby during the day it goes to feint orange.
