You would of expected a rise for Glee but no. It didn't do well for it's series finale. Even people who had stopped watching couldn't care enough to see how it all ended. Glee is a great example of a show that really fell from grace.

Shocked that it didn't rise at all for the finale.
Are Sky still paying a fortune for this show? It must rank as one of their worst ever acquisitions in terms of value for money!
Grimm has seen a small decline for it's fourth season. It used to manage about 1.4 onwards but I have seen it hit vary between 1.1/1.2 several times. Of course it's not in danger as season 5 is a go ahead, but just something I have noticed.

Agree. Its always been incredibly stable though. During the spring period (last half of seasons( it has barely budged from the 1.1-1.3 range. It never goes below and rarely goes above. I like to think that syndication could help it get to mid 1s. Grimm has never been huge, it's always had a stable audience. In the last 3 years its fluctuated in the low to mid 1s.
Hard to tell off just ratings now though. Unlikely but it could be one of the streaming services likes it & it's worth the CW's while to keep it even if the first broadcast tanks.
Tues finals had The Voice, The Flash and Mindy adjust up and NCIS NO adjust down.
CBS:
NCIS- 16.23m (2.2)
NCIS NO- 14.42m (1.8)
Person of Interest- 9.15m (1.5)
ABC:
Fresh off the Boat- 4.92m (1.4)
Repeat after Me- 3.53m (1.0)
Agents of SHIELD- 4.29m (1.5)
Forever- 4.42m (0.9)
NBC:
The Voice- 11.62m (2.8)
Undateable- 5.18m (1.5)
One Big Happy- 3.79m (1.2)
The Night Shift- 4.04m (1.0)
FOX:
Hells Kitchen- 3.77m (1.3)
The Mindy Project- 2.05m (0.9)
CW:
The Flash- 3.33m (1.2)
iZombie- 1.99m (0.7)
Better for The Flash but still a series low which is a shame. Shame about the NBC comedies and FOTB too!
Tuesday cable has the last episode of the season for Pretty Little Liars get 2.65m (1.3) which was up a large four tenths from the week before and was the highest cable demo of the night for the first time in a while! Good going!
Wednesday earlies. Lets see how everything panned out after Empire has finished!
ABC:
The Middle- 7.24m (1.8)
The Goldbergs- 6.68m (2.0)
Modern Family- 8.54m (2.8)
Blackish- 6.47m (2.1)
Nashville On The Record- 4.07m (0.8)
NBC:
Mysteries of Laura- 6.40m (1.0)
Law and Order SVU- 6.00m (1.3)
Chicago PD- 6.30m (1.5)
FOX:
American Idol- 8.34m (1.7)
The CW:
Arrow- 2.78m (1.0)
Supernatural- 1.73m (0.7)
Idol is going to do badly without Empire on the same night! Poor FOX. NBC Laura not great is it? Not great for the ABC comedies toe be honest, with the majority having quite large drops, Blackish got a smaller drop which is good. And 2.1 for it out of a 2.8 MF is great IMO.
The only things that impressed me was Survivor which is stable as anything! And the CW actually grew! Very surprised by Arrow hitting a 1.0 when The Flash got a series low, and Arrow usually gets asjusted up so if it does it will be at a 1.1 against The Flash's 1.2. Which is damn incredible for a 3rd year show on the CW during DST!
Secrets and Lies has been incredibly consistent.. 1.5-1.5-1.4-1.4 and 1.5. It should get a 2nd season. LMOE, that 9pm rating is great!
It's such a deathly dull drama, though. A critic summed it up as one of those TV movie that Channel 5 used to air in the afternoon. None of the characters are likeable at all - the main male protagonist is a prize fool/idiot, the female detective is a jerk; there is a little to tension or drama in it to get the viewer's blood going, which is strange given the Aussie original - a pretty average show at best - is a far superior fare. I'm surprised it beats 'The Slap' in the US ratings which airs on Thursday and is much more interesting in its exploration of character. Better storyline, better narrative.
I doubt Secrets and Lies will get renewed. If it does, then ABC are a pretty stupid TV network.
On weeks CBS has Football it has done ok and without the football lead in for CBS it drops, now CBS has been broadcasting College Basketball on Sundays it has risen again on those weeks
That's a good hold for Undateable considering The Voice was a recap. I hope it can increase when there's an original Voice. Damn it FOTB! Ouch for the new shows on CBS and FOX.
NBC:
Dateline- 6.52m (1.3)
The Blacklist- 7.54m (1.6)
The Slap= 3.32m (0.7)
FOX:
Bones- 4.65m (1.1)
Backstrom- 3.18m (0.8)
Wow, a HUGE drop for Big Bang, 4.4 to 3.2 in one week. Another odd drop. Winner of the night is Mom. It beat TOC in the golden post BBT slot. Mom also was one tenth from tying Scandal, which hit the lowest it's been in a while!
It seems like the ratingss for Shonda's shows, since they have got back from the Christmas/New Year break, have been steadily falling. I don't watch Grey's, but Scandal has touched on the ridiculous a few times this season. Scanning the forum boards, there are a fair few viewers who think it has lost the plot lately. Even I was beginning to lose the will to watch it these days. Last night's episode was vintage Scandal, though. Whether that's a sign it is back to the good old days, only God knows.

I think Glee does provide Sky with good ratings, so it's not really a money loss for them.

No problem, good to have you back after a few days!
The Good Wife continues to do bad. Madam S is a weird one. It can earn as little as 1.2 one week, and then it can shoot to a 1.7 the following week. If you actually look at it's demos throughout it's season, it has to be one of the most inconsistent performers on television right now. It's audience doesn't know whether it's coming or going.
It's such a deathly dull drama, though. A critic summed it up as one of those TV movie that Channel 5 used to air in the afternoon. I'm avoiding all these mystery shows like the plague. Too many of them.

I think any of the new ABC midseason shows that flop, will be the saving grace for Revenge, which I think will get that short final season.
