Lunch: Conchiglie pasta stirfried in spices and dark soy sauce with minced meat, carrots, mushrooms, green peppers and courgettes. Glass of orange juice.

Dinner: Chicken with green beans and rice. Glass of water. Pot of fromage frais, pot of chocolate mousse.

Lunch: 2 Frozen Battered Wild Atlantic Cod x 2 with 100g Salad
Snack: 240g of Red Apples.
Dinner: Blueberries 200g, Tuna salad with egg and french dressing. Mozarella 100g.
I'm 6 ft 2 and 11 stone male but trying to slim down to 10 half stone. I try and eat as healthy as possible and buy organic as much as possible. It's great to read everyones food diaries. I should keep one daily.

Lunch: 1/2 piece of grilled hoki fillet with a lime, carrot and coriander topping. Olive and red pepper bread. Packet of Walkers cheese and onion flavour crisps. Glass of water.

Dinner: Few peanuts. GBK Panko crusted chicken burger with small portion of skinny fries. Glass of coke.
Snack: 1 buttered toast. Pot of fromage frais, pot of chocolate mousse. Glass of water.

Lunch: Tomato soup & a slice of bread. A peanut butter sandwich. Some dark chocolate.
Dinner: Homemade chicken madras with rice and onion bhajjis.
Snacks: An apple. A tub of mandarin segments. 2 slices of wholemeal toast.

Lunch: Chicken fillet fried in bread crumbs, rice, curry sauce. Glass of coke. Chocolate sprinkled ring doughnut.
Snack: 3 small mandarins. Water.
Dinner: Pollock cooked with green pepppers and tomatoes, rice, green beans. Glass of coke. Magnum's classic ice cream bar.
3.30pm snack- half a tube of Texas BBQ Pringles
Tea- deep pan pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, salad
11pm snack- rest of Pringles, a yorkie duo and a tin of pepsi

Lunch: Leftover pasta con le sarde
Snack: M&S Cranberry Yoghurt Oat Bites (way too many - far too addictive)
Dinner: Quorn pieces, babycorn, sugar snap peas, broad ran stir fry in a lemongrass, chilli, shallot, ginger sauce
