Judi James totally hit the nail on the head

What Noirin says to guys and her body language towards them are poles apart.

And she totally knows what she's doing, no matter how much she protests innocence.

I was disappointed in Jo Wiley though, being suckered in by her and feeling sorry for her for nearly all of the series.

Well done Judi, though.

Freddie said all that for free ages ago, told Siavash that was how she behaved with Marcus, guess Siavash was blinded by his need for a showmance to her words not matching her actions, the pound signs prevented him from seeing clearly

Well quite a few of us said it on here for free all the way back when she was doing it to Sree, but it's nice to see someone who's (I assume) a qualified psychologist spelling it out to Noirin in person.

What she talked about there is actual psychological theory. It was sense and can be explained for outsiders opinion of the inside too.

Judi James wasn't all negative about Noirin, though - I thought it was quite balanced

She also said that no doesn't mean no. No only counts for 7% of the message.

I hope all rape victims have been listening to that.

To be fair she does sometimes hit the nail on the head (when she agrees with me :D) but sometimes she is way off (clearly when she does not agree with me :D):D

I don't think Siavash did want the showmance. I think he really liked her, took a real chance on her, then though "OH, SHIT," when it all went wrong. Oh shit for his sadness at not having her, but mostly oh shit for what he's thrown away.

The interview showed the Noirin effect.

In fact it wasn't an interview. The three women spent most of the time talking among themselves and left the interviewee sidelined.

As though they were competing for air time just like the numpties were in the house.

Just like the dissers on here do.

It's the Noirin effect. She has the effect of making insecure people show that insecurity in her presence.

That's an offensive thing to say. JJ said no such thing. She said that our behavior and body language is a huge part of our communication, and if we are saying no with our voices but yes in every other way then we are asking not to be understood. This is not a situation that occurs in rape, where a woman will usually be pulling away/refusing to kiss/trying to keep her clothes on etc, as well no saying no.

TBH, she'll probably make more sense with a nail through the frontal cortex. The job's probably best left to her blacksmith, though.

For all those that haven't see, get the video when Freddie told Bea that he don't think Siavish wasnt really into Noirin as he has a girlfriend and he said he was going to get a nice girl from the house so that when they go out they can earn a lot of money from the papers and magazines.

This was Siavash's friend, and the only reason he may be upset is that it fell back into his face.

If anyone was still in doubt as to whether Noirin knew what she was doing or not, the fact she didn't continue to snuggle with and flirt with either Marcus or Siavash after Isaac came in surely proves it. When she really wanted to stop sending mixed signals she was able to.

Not too many rape victims slide under the duvet after saying no to their attacker! Get a life!

You silly person. She said that only 7% of the communication is in the words. So saying "we're just friends" when you are entwined in bed together deep kissing brings about a dissonance between the words and the actual message. Oh, but you knew that.
