Internet dongles in Italy

Long story short: a month ago my current employers offered me the chance to relocate to Italy. Naturally jumped at the chance and will move in October.

They've helped with accommodation and told me there's no wired internet/Wifi in the building, so I'd need to purchase a dongle. I've looked around the net to see their mobile providers (TIM seems to be the market leader) and they offer 15GB for international users:

Is that a good deal? I'm aware downloading TV shows/music eats up a lot of data, so I'll do that before the move and store it in t'hard drive. But I'd imagine I would need to curb back on live TV and Skype. Anyone here with experience of using dongles in foriegn countries? Or can find me better deals then the TIM one, cheers?
