Haven't seen this posted, apologies if I have missed it, but the producer talks about how they made Doctor Who Live, including Peter Capaldi getting into the studio in the back of a people carrier on the floor with a blanket over him.
Still think it is a big coincidence that Rufus Hound got Chris Ecclestone's name wrong but just happened to come up with Peter...

    He did say afterwards that he knows a Peter Eccleston who he said is a cousin of Chris Eccleston (or possibly a nephew if it's the same Peter Eccleston that's on IMDB).

    Just to add to the confusion I thought Rufus was on with Bernard Cribbins, hence the 'knocking 3 times' joke falling completely flat?
