Programs not on catch up

Is there any reason that some programs arent on catch up? Im not sure if its a VM query as Im looking for sky 1's Arrow. I can see last weeks but not this week. Ive unplugged the box and re-booted it but its not there and I cant watch it at sky as Im a VM customer.
Any advice please?

That is strange , Monday's episode of Arrow is available in SD and HD on my box.

it's likely to be a regional issue, post on the official forum and see if a mod can help

Thanks for the replies. It seems it is a area technical fault but Ive been assured that it will be fixed before the 29th of march. When I pointed out the programs only show for 2 weeks and that it would have gone again before that date he assured me he'd fix it so I dont miss it.

Im confused but hope they have the technology lol

I expected Tuesday's new CSI from Channel 5 to be on catch-up but it's not.

Though I think I can see it on the C5 website.
