Kym Marsh can dish it out, but can't take it. If this were someone else in her position you can bet she'd be there giving her two pennies worth.

People like Kym Marsh are unlikeable and not particularly talented, so they use the method of constantly spewing out pointless soundbites as a way of keeping their profile on the up. They literally have nothing else to offer but are so desperate for attention 24/7 that they will spout anything and everything in a public arena because journalism has got so lazy they turn even the most inane celeb quotes into stories now.

It's tedious as hell, and Kym is possibly the worst offender for milking this way of stardom.

It's dissovled in a rancid maelstrom of narcissism, vanity catharsis and and profitable grief porn.

Is this general observation of 'celebrity' or just about KM?

She never learns does she. Everything written is open to the interpretation of the person reading it.

That said, I agree with her, it was an idiotic thing for that other user to say.

I managed to BF for 11 weeks, before I wasn't producing enough to satisfy my baby. I put her on formula.... would I have likes to BF for 6 months? Ofcourse, who wouldn't its cheaper, more convenient and generally makes you feel good, and that you are giving your child the best start (thats rammed down your throat all through pregnancy). Sadly it didn't work for me, but I will try again with my next child.

A nobody. I have no idea why the press are so keen to use her as a mouthpiece.

Not a Kym fan by any means - I find her as irritating as hell - but
I'm with her on this one.
She stopped breastfeeding because she wasn't producing sufficient milk for her baby's needs and moved onto formula on the advice her her daughters paediatrician.
Why tweeters / forum posters feel they can question medical advice given to people is beyond me.
It appears to just be peoples own personal dislike for the person they are slating and they are making nasty comments just to have any old reason fuel their dislike.

Good on Kym for 'lashing out' at this idiotic Twitter user. Some women can't actually feed their babies due to it hurting their breasts. Who knows why Kym didn't feed her baby through her breast. Some people can be idiotic cretins.

It's not specifically what she says that irritates people. It's that she has verbal diarrhea of the worst order and is so disgustingly shameless about promoting herself.

She's just another pointless zeleb but she acts like she's the final authority on everything.

In this case she is though - she is Polly's mother so knows exactly what advice she has been given and that what she is doing is in the best interest of her daughter.

If she wasn't such a motormouth, I might give her credit for speaking out about things like this.

how naive can one person be?

she posts private information about herself on what is essentially a public forum then gets in a state when a fruitloop member of the public has a go at her

if she doesnt like it then get off twitter or make her tweets private.

Exactly she made it public then complains when other people comment, learn the lesson Kym keep your mouth shut about private matters, no one needed to know if she was breast feeding or not and if she hadn't spilled the beans no one would know nor care.

She's a typical can give it but can't take it sort.

I don't see what the big deal is about her stopping she was advised to and all my family were bottle fed from the beginning and we all turned out okay.

Yes, but she doesn't need to announce it on Twitter.

It is completely her business as to whether she breastfeeds or not, but nobody asked her to justify the reasons for her decision in the first place. She put this information out there.

Her medical details shouldn't be a topic of casual conversation on Twitter, not least because she has developed a bit of a reputation for being over-sensitive when folk engage in discussion with her.

It's Twitter, not a health forum - of course there are going to be idiotic responses.

A piece of friendly advice for her would be to keep certain things behind closed doors where they belong.

If these celebs are stupid enough to use Twitter then they have to take the good with the bad. There is quite alot of nastiness going on these days. Not always justified, but then close the account.

I have just found out i am pregnant and will not even try to breastfeed, it is not for me. I want my husband to be involved with the feeding from the start, i want to be able to go out and not have to get my boobs out in the street. I want to be able to have a couple of cups of coffee or a couple of glasses of wine without worrying. It is a personal choice and people have not got the right to judge. I will not be bullied into it and fully expect to have a fight on my hands the first time i mention it to my midwife.

Good for you for being so open and honest.....I suspect you'll have a lot of people giving you a hard time but you should do as you see fit. Will you express milk do you think? Sorry if that's too personal a question!

Why is she divulging such info on Twitter of all places?? If she doesn't want criticism she should keep such personal info to herself, not broadcast it across a network where negative feedback is commonplace.

i aint a fan of kym marsh by a long country mile but i do think its out of order people giving her grief on how she feeds her daughter. yes the woman shares a little too much info, we prob all know people like that in our lives but being harrassed because she cannot breastfeed her daughter is wrong

Lazy Journalism would be my guess, plus they think she's eye candy dont they. They're always shoving some untalented 'celeb' down our throats.

I guess the same could be said about KK etc What is she, what does she do anymore?
