  I can invoke it by flexing some muscles that generates a tension in my neck / between my eyes. I can do it briefly, or to the point of being unbearable.

  it's not exactly a nice feeling and it's not bad, I can control where it goes as well, like make it feel intense say in my right foot or arm..
  have a read through the thread I posted if you're interested...
  
  I'm at a loss as to what it is, That thread is mentioning some spiritual, energy stuff!

  What you are feeling is normal and called a higher vibrational state. As your true self starts to separate from your physical shell or body you will get the sensations of higher vibrations while still in the body. And yes it can be tiring if you do not make the separation and draw energy from source.

  It's a weird feeling, not like that is having a pee. It sort of starts in the head and chest, the works its way down, for me anyway.
