So England's Euro 2016 Qualification campaign gets underway tonight with the toughest fixture in the group coming first. How do you think it will go tonight after the dismal performance against Norway?

The match is live on ITV for those wondering. Discuss the match here :)

I think that we'll struggle to maintain a narrow loss. Hope I'm wrong of course but it aint going to be a pleasant watch.

I just cannot see England winning. It's going to be painful I think.

A draw would be a great result. England don't do exciting games so I'll go for an incredibly dull 0-0.

Rooney will get 2 and be the greatest player in the world.

England rumoured to be lining up as a 4-3-3 with Delph starting in midfield.

That would be a step in the right direction. I also read a rumour that Sterling was going to be playing behind Rooney (as striker instead of Sturridge). Will be good to have Sterling central where he's most dangerous, but I can't see Rooney being any better playing even further forward. Rather see Welbeck given a start.

Likely to be a draw and I can't see England not conceeding, so probably a nervy 1-1.

I would love to say positive things about England winning and putting in a good performence, but I just can't.
A draw would be a good result, but I have a feeling we're going to be 2-0 down by half time.

    Swiss to win 3-1.

Henderson starts despite limping out of training? There's going to be outrage if he gets injured in this match.

An interesting time to try out a new formation.

Shaqiri will destroy us with 3 in midfield. Lovely.

    An England win.

Well, someone has to be the glass half full person. :p

Given that, due to the state of the group, England could get battered here yet still comfortably qualify, I'd like to see us really go for it, nothing to lose.

However it'll almost certainly be a snoozefest, as we try and play for a point.

The line-up does potentially look very narrow, could struggle to deal with Switzerland defensively down the flanks and also lack width when attacking.

Well in reality this game means absolutely nothing. England will qualify regardless. It'd be nice to get some sort of encouragement from the game though.

Don't understand all the negativity. Roy has the inside track on Switzerland and I'm confident he will put his ten-year out of date information to good effect. Result will be Switzerland 2 England three blocked shots + two unlucky deflections, which in Roy's world means England will have won. Onwards and upwards.

By the way Dave Hockaday is still available.

+1. Dunno why I even bothered looking at the thread.
It's not as if England won't qualify even if they lose.

It looks like a 4-4-2 diamond with Sterling in the central role.

I hope Emile Heskey plays tonight, with Carlton Palmer in a holding midfield role

Winning at Swizerland would be "utopia".
