Hallmark +1 sound prob

Is anybody else having trouble with hallmark +1. I have no sound on this channel, it would seem this is the only one i'm having trouble with.
Any ideas how to get sound on it?

    You're not the only one. The sound has been breaking up all day.:confused:

    Spoke to Sky about a similar issue with Hallmark + 1 today. For me I had sound if watching live, but anything recorded had no sound. After some investigation they got me to do a planner rebuild. That fixed the issue and the sound came back on the recorded programmes!
