I made a frittata last night.

Going out with friends tonight for dinner, I'm thinking of having this:

    Hot “Thai” Duck Stir Fry
Shredded bbq duck, bok choy, thai basil, mushrooms, red pepper, egg noodles & bean sprouts topped with chilli jam, crispy shallots, spring onion & red chilli

And the obligatory Friday night glass of wine!
    Just the one!

We were going to have hot dogs, after going out early for a few drinks, but I don't really fancy them now.

I followed that recipe that queenshaks provided and the brie & mushroom risotto was absolutley delicious! Only served half the pan- will be eating the rest for lunch tomorrow with salad. Now, time for a Red Wine and Whiskey night!

Curry night. bought a curry from Pakeezah in town, always good quality, with fresh naans and poppadums. I'm having a mutton karahi, and Mrs S is having a CTM.

On the Chicken pakoras at the moment, spicy good.

Me and my sister are having a night in tonight watching The Voice and were ordering a mammoth Chinese - rice, chips, crispy shredded beef, spare ribs, sweet & sour chicken and ho fun :D

And we've just baked choc chip muffins so we'll have them for pudding, and I've got a nice bottle of wine chilling in the fridge :p

I've made pizzas, finally cracked the dough recipe. Perfect results two weeks running. It looks bloody good now mine is out of the oven. Pepperoni and mushroom.

No cooking smell is as nice as pizza mushrooms.

I went out with my sister and her partner last night to Beefeater and had a really nice meal.

I had 'prawn trio' to start which was spicy cajun battered prawns, tempura battered prawns and chargrilled prawns with a dipping sauce. Mmm, they were really really nice :)

For main I had a giant chicken skewer with chips, onions rings and corn on the cob. Dessert was banoffee pie which was delicious, but I couldn't finish it.

Tonight i'm making a chicken and veg (and possible potato) pie.

Roast Leg of Lamb with garlic and rosemary butter rubbed all over - baby potatoes, brocolli and cheese sauce, croquettes - no eggs to make yorkies unfortunately - and I will have one more veg - not sure what yet! The garlic and Rose butter and juices make a lovely gravy - cant wait!
