Signing up to viaplay

Hi there, am trying to sign up to viaplay. Get onto the site and everything fine but when I go to enter my credit card details they all get rejected, I've tried my credit and debit cards, some are Mastercard and some Visa. Any tips on what I could be doing wrong?
