Shame the evening swimming schedule is so drawn out. Why can't they just get on with it instead of having big gaps between races? At least then we'd be spared 'the studio' and the idiotic ramblings of Lineker.

England guaranteed gold and silver in the men's singles squash. Matthew and Willstrop face off in the final. We also have a finalist in the women's singles but Laura Massaro will have to face the big favourite Nicol David in the final. We also have an English competitor in each of the bronze medal matches so we could still end up with five of the six medals in the singles squash.

Matthew looks unstoppable. Zero chance of anyone beating David.
